First off this isn't complaining or pointing fingers at any of our vendors who sell these items. We're damn lucky to have them in the first place!
But have any of you had issues with replacement non GM bumper fillers cracking in cold weather?
It's been between 30 and -10 in the Midwest lately when the Buick has been in the garage. Today was 60 so I took it out, and after I came home i noticed that a 3 year old non GM front filler had cracked.
There are variables here--car had minor front fender bender years ago (fixed) but even though it looks perfect, perhaps bumper is barely misaligned. And the local roads are very bumpy.
Just struck me as odd since OEMs lasted 20 years. Thoughts?
