aftermarket shifter

I would like some input on a new shifter this is what I have/what

1. 200r4

2. stock console (will do some cutting very lil would make me happier)

3. daily driver

Don't mean to toot my own horn, but the quarter-stick seems to be popular--Mark Giusti wrote an article on how to install them (I forget where, someone will remember for me!), they fit within the stock console, you need only cut the console top to accomodate the "throw", and I make the console overlay trim pieces just for this installation, available thru Mark Hueffman (link in my sig below).
