My turbo blew on my car, i took it off and took it to aggressive.
This was pushing 6 weeks ago, they said they would send it out and said I'd have a new or rebuilt turbo with in 2 weeks.
At the end of the 2 weeks they said they needed the money because they get charged right when the turbo place (i think precision) sends it out,I was like ok. They said its in the mail and would be there in two days. the money came out of my account on 7/11. Now there not answering there phone and i think the owner even hung up on me.
now i liked Bruce, hes a nice guy (so i thought). He did help me allot on getting to know these cars.

Hey Bruce, I was wondering where the hell my turbo is? I all ready payed for it, and its now pushing on 5 weeks! It could have circumnavigated the earth 3 times by now. If you don't want to do business with me that's fine, but let me know whats going on and send me my money back. The money was taken out of my account 9 days ago, and that was 2 weeks after I dropped off the old turbo. Your business would do a lot better if you didn't hang up on people and answered the phones once in a wile. If i don't hear about or get my turbo by the end of tomorrow 7/21/05, I will take legal action and I will spill this info all over local and international car boards on why people should not do business whit you.

Hi Evan,
It is nothing like that at all. We have been waiting on that turbo for as long as you have. The only reason I called you for payment is because they called us and said we need to ship this turbo and we need you to pay for it. I have tried calling over there several times to get shipping information and I keep getting the runaround. I will call over there again today and see if someone can provide me with a tracking number. I am really sorry about the delay and I will get back in touch with you. I apologize for the delay, but I will find out what is going on.

Ok, so I've tried calling your shop numerous times today with no answer. You guys close in two hours for the weekend and I expect some information on where my turbo is and when it will be in my hands. Its now been 11days since you've had my money and i haven't heard any thing. If this is as you say not your fault why would you do business with a company that treats you like this? You could have easily got a turbo from another suppler by now. I expect to hear something buy 5:00 today. **** will start to hit the fan.

We had to send the turbo back to the manufacture. I called today and have been expecting a call back anytime now. As soon as I here something, I will call you or email you right away.

i sent an email back, i didn't save it. It asked what turbo they had to send out. That they should have sent back the original turbo when i gave it to them 5 weeks and 3 days ago. I asked for tracking numbers. and told them this was ridiculous.
that was Friday before they closed. i just checked and no response.
I bought the turbo there new, it only lasted at most 7k I've been around turbo cars since i was 15. I know what not to do to them, I'm also ASE certified. its a TE62. the $567.10 was for a new center section.
I've spent like $4,000 at there shop(mostly on in-stock parts). This is how they treat good customers.
I told them right when i dropped off my turbo that I just sold my daily driver and this was putting me with out a car. Not to mention that my car is taking up a spot in my friends garage and I'm bumming rides everywhere. Summer in Michigan dose not last long and I've lost 6 weeks of nice weather I could have been driving my car.
I'm just warning the rest of you.
