I figure by this time next year I may have read all the posts in this forum. I sure hope I find someone who has put a wide tire on a 79. I happen to find a device at Summit that is supposed to simulate bolt patterns, wheel diameters, wheel widths, backspacing and tire profiles so you'll know what to order. Has anyone used this tool and does it work well? Its Percy's Wheelrite and is supposed to do wheels from 15" to 30". ANYONE???
