Air condition problems

Anybody have an idea why i get cold air out of the top and bottom vents but not the other ones. How do i fix this.

Generally, when no vacuum is present for the air distribution doors, the default for the doors is to the defrost (defrost doors open, all others closed) position. Check for a disconnected vacuum line under the hood or under the dash. I am assuming that all actuators are functional. Good luck.
