Air filter comparison

I may be posting a redundant issue but I didn't have a lot of time to research our site but I came across this article while looking info up on my wifes car...very interesting and eye opening. I've been running K&N on my GN's forever, now I think to 2nd guess myself, as I'm only a nice day driver. Any thoughts?
