Alchol Injection Start up Questions

Whats the first thing I do before I start testing? I know I will have to trim back fuel. But how should I do it and how much? Whats a good starting point?

I have a extender extreme chip LS1 MAF w/tranlator. SMC progressive.

Also, is streight methanol o.k. to run?

SMC directions are real light on tuning and initial start up. I dont want to go blowing something up.

You need to call Steve at SMC for direction. He will tell you what liquid is safe to use with his kit, and what settings to start off with.

There have been many changes to the SMC kit. I cannot give advice when it comes to his system. After all, support is afforded when you purchased his system. Take advantage of the support straight from the MFG. Anything anyone says is speculation.

Be careful on advice recieved. This is why i'm pointing you to SMC.

My own advice, make sure the motor is running 100% before upping the boost.
