alcohol or nitrous

I don't plan on doing any of these any time soon, but was wondering;

-which is cheaper?
-which has better power potential?
-which would be safer on the engine(longevity)?
-is alcohol harder to ignite?
-would I be able to run mid 10's without the two?

alcohol is cheaper. 30 bucks to fill a bottle is easy math.

power potential is questionable..I mean you could have a 250 shot of NOS..but then you couldnt run that on plain 93

It is safer and more predictable. no empty bottles, no bottle warmers, no bad fills, and still can knock if you dont have sufficient octane.

straight methanol ignite's rather nicely

you can run mid 10's..but not on 93 octane gas. On C16 race gas..certainly assumming you have what it takes.

Alky lets you terrorize the streets with 93 octane in your tank since it lets you run at higher boost levels than you could without it. Unless you can afford to drive on 110+ octane fuel. Then its a moot point.
