ALDL wired in on XFI adapter harness from caspers?

Can anyone tell me if the factory ALDL is used with caspers adapter harness for the factory harness?

I know I have to ground pin A21 on the XFI to do a flash update,and was wondering if it would now be connected to one of the ALDL terminals?

The FAST site shows that it is used in thier ALDL with their stand alone harnesses.

I think it would be nice to know the pinouts from the FAST and what wire they correspond to in the factory harness when using the adapter harness.Not all of that stuff is what it once was,so knowing what it can be used for now would be cool.

Its hooked to the aldl,
Jump a wire to the top 2 right hand terminals.
Turn the key on,The red led on the XFI should flash.
