OK i know my combo is not up to this right now so heres it goes and tell me if it even has a chance to run high boost....i just purchased a pte-53, basically got it for a decent price and i could not find what i wanted used...so i had to get it, even though it was too much for my combo, anyways, i have a stock intercooler, 36lb injectors, 2800 stall convertor...i know its not enough but i can handle a slow spool worried more about fuel, Smc alcohol kit...single nozel...could this offset the injector size some...enough for me to run higher boost, hotwired fpump, 307 walbro fpump, i do not knock @ 20lbs of boost on a 100 jay carter chip and stock turbo....also i will be installing an external turbonetics wastgate and 3 inch dpipe...tell me what you guys think and what i could expect from this combo! THX BEFOREHAND, ill tell you the results and if it is a problem after it is installed...

You can get away with the Blue Tops. I ran almost 118 MPH 1/4s with them and an alky kit at 23 psi in my T-Type "back in the day". Several people have run that with race gas and no alky, too. I have them on my WE4 now and have run as much as 26 psi boost with alky. As always, ease your way up to higher levels, but you knew that!

Yeah well we will see soon enough:), hey i was wondering if the alcohol acts like another form of fuel, i know this may be qa dumb question, but sorta like a seventh injector???? Supposebly adds octane too right...or is it just a cooling agent???? Just curious anyone have any insight...mainly because i am curious if i will get enough out of the blue tops to push into the elevens with the alcohol....i doubt it but i can always hope right:)??

yes alky acts as an extra fuel adder if anything it will have you trying to get your 02's down (rich).

Yes... blue tops have gotten many into the 11s! (my T-Type included, and I intend to do it again with my WE4 this year!)

WOOOHOO thats two posts i wanted to here....might just be able to push the old blues a little LONGER!!

just read post.check out my sig.
im running 26#10gal vp110 5 gal 93 2gal xylene with 2.6*kr. i have 105 0n stock motor.i havent installed my smc yet cause i decided its time for new valve springs.cant wait to get it back so i can alky.

Just thought I would also add something here..... I too run a big turbo and you must have the alky turn on point just right or the sucker will not spool worth anything. If mine comes on 1 pound too early it messes up my bottom end pretty bad (laaaaaaaaag city!).
