Julio is the MAN!!! He came thru...I recently had a problem with my BRAND NEW ALKY control unit that got chewed up by my FORMER pitbull. Sent the unit back after speaking with Julio over the phone...The turnaround was QUICK & PROFESSIONALLY refurbished! BTW...the wife is the one who dealt with Julio, he was polite and a complete gentleman! THANKS JULIO!!!!
