alky control on a honda?

My friend runs alky control on his buick and i was wondering if i can run this system on a all motor (non turbo) honda. If so are there any kits available for this?

NA is an issue. Especially on a small displacement engine.

Aftermarket ECU and standalone injectors. Not a simple nozzle.
