alky feed line length

How long of a line can be used?
I have the latest SMC kit and need a longer alky feed line for the position I am mounting it. The problem is I would probably need a 3 foot line. Will it be ok??

I don't think that would be an issue.

I always prime/check the system when first starting off on surface roads anyway.
