When you relocate the air temp. sensor in the up pipe,can you put it after the alky nozzle.Will this help performance or just hurt the sensor. Thanks
 
The sensor needs to be before the alcohol. If it is after it, you will get false readings. Kinda like this:

There is no issue with sensor mounted after nozzles. If your ecm makes changes based on air temp.. then there can be issue. You need to discuss this with your chip maker/tuner.

Mine is mounted inside my intake manifold in the back, underneath the coil pack area.

Been there for years.. no issues.

Before alky to me is a waste.. no way to datalog the temps.. and if I see my intake temp at ambient I know my alcohol system is working as should. No guess work.
