Julio,

You should put more effort into advertising your alky system test kit; it's a must have. See my post here in regards to me diagnosing a leaky pump (and failing wideband sensor). Could not have fixed the issue without the Powerlogger AND the alky test kit.

P.S. - Will be mailing off this pump soon for you to rebuild. :)

Glad I talked you into a spare pump. I'm redoing the website currently and plan on adding these type of diagnostic parts incorporated into it.
Another thing is to add a transducer into the ally line.. that way you can see pressure.

I was going to add, getting the 5V from the TPS uses the big 5v regulator built into the ecm. Thats why I send the harness. No matter.. important thing is to have 5v on the power feed to it.

Forgive my ignorance of the different logging/management systems out there, but that screen shot brings up so many questions. But first, is it commonplace to see such a jagged fuel pressure trace when logging? I see the same thing in the screenshot as what I've captured on the Powerlogger when tuning the TB. I'm assuming that screenshot is from a 4-banger since it is running 7k+ RPMs (EVO, STi)?

hehe.. thats my 348 SBF. 3.55 gear it crosses the traps at 7500+ rpms
Fuel pressure will will pulse and not be flat like MPH for instance. Worse is oil pressure if you ever try and log it.. The blue line is alky pressure. Your looking at an 8 second run on that screen shot.
I'm chasing a fluctuating RPM signal issue currently.

For those interested and following this thread, this is the test kit. Not much to it but worth it's weight in gold:

That's sweet!

Julio on the transducer kit you have does it have to get power from the TPS or is there another way?

I think my 3bar map robs power off the tps signal too...or do you just daisy chain em all lol...

Test kit looks interesting. How do you use it and what does it cost?

Test kit looks interesting. How do you use it and what does it cost?

1) Disconnect alky supply line at the fitting that is attached to your up pipe and connect it to the fitting on the test cap/nozzle/gauge doohicky.
2) Attach cap/nozzle/gauge doohicky to alky reservoir
3) Unplug MAP electrical connector and plug in MAP simulator
4) Ignition key on, turn "Gain" knob to 8, Turn MAP simulator to 30 psi
5) Check for proper pressure (~150 psi) and watch for leaks!

I've found two leaking pumps in the past couple of years and once found my in line filter was leaking....badly. Instructions come with kit.

85 bucks currently. The liquid filled gauges keep going up..

Anybody that has a Razor Alky kit needs this kit to check their system from time to time and catch a problem before it makes a big problem , its like Master Card do not leave the house with out it .

Is that on your website or do we call to order it?
