Those of you who are using Razor radiator overlow tank; can you guys tell me how to install mine or the way you installed yours????

i mounted mine down by the pump on the inner fender flank , upright with the bottle facing torward the pump , be sure to secure the tank to the straps and secure the lid . i put a screw through the cap and a short length of wire tied to the strap to keep from loosing the cap , get some long zipties and secure the bottle to the straps so it cant slip out . i dont run any reserve liquid in the overflow just little what spills out of the radiator overflow when topping off the radiator.

Ditto to waht pacecarta said...Make sure your overflow is secured well !! Mine broke loose and drug down the road a bit, lost the cap and the brackets..had to go to advance and rig up another

How exactly did you guys mount it? I need a step by step, I'm a very slow learner. Pics would be so awesome! Much thanks for the help/tips guys. :)

I usually just shove the bottle in the spot between the battery and core support. If you use the supplied black hose, you'll be exact length. Cap torwards the radiator at a 45 degree angle.

There is a bracket that holds down your battery. It is secured with a 10mm head bolt on the core support. If you look directly under the 10mm head bolt, rite there the tank fits snug as a bug :D

Other places are on the single fan shroud, in front of the core support, in the drivers area using a longer hose, etc.. its just a catch can to collect any liquid the rad may spew out. So keep it empty.

HTH

Thanks for the help guys :) . Razor, I'm such a dunce  , I know you've told me like 3/4 times how to do it, but under that torturous Hawaiian sun :o , and um...people walking by...I lost it...train of thought? Derailed! Mahalo again for the help! :D
