Another big thumbs up for the customer service. Had an issue after installation with the green light not coming on. Julio was quick, and extremely nice, in all of his e-mails. At one point I was on new med's and just wasn't following what he was saying in regards to making adjustments (I'm sure I was frustrating to him). He laid out the steps very clearly and concisely so I could just walk thru them and check off the items. I can't wait to get it out on the street tonite to start playing and tuning. I don't think you'll find much better service.
