He knowingly lied through his teeth before the election about the size and scope of California’s $34.6 billion budget deficit.

Lied to Voters About His Plans to Raise Taxes: As soon as he felt he had hoodwinked the voters and Election Day had passed, Gray Davis suddenly declared a serious budget crisis existed. Then he started advocating massive tax increases plus cuts in public safety and education to balance the state’s budget.

Pushes for New Form of Taxation – Taxing the Internet: Never has there been a more dangerous threat to commerce in the state and indeed the nation than the current consideration by Gray Davis of inventing new ways to tax families and small businesses. Gray Davis has now proposed implementing a tax on Internet commerce for any company with a retail outlet in California. This will provide one more means for the government to collect more of your money so that corrupted and incompetent politicians like Gray Davis can mismanage it.

The People’s Property For Sale – Selling the Government for Campaign Cash: In the past year, numerous allegations have emerged concerning the role of fundraising in the administration of Gray Davis’ duties as Governor. Questions have been raised over whether campaign contributions affected the Davis’ Administration change of heart in allowing cancer causing dioxin to be dumped into our water ways. Among other things that this goobenor has let happen: signed the bill allowing the DMV to TRIPLE the already highest in the nation license fees. This done in the late of night. Pushed thru the license for ILLEGAL aliens and signed late on a Friday night. This bill will allow ILLEGALS to be able to vote also. That is a fact no one is willing to talk about. And when it comes to a law that may actually help save a kids life, the legislature and Davis turn their backs and let it grandfather out and die. They actually didn't have time renew the Megan law because they were too busy trying to find new ways to extort money from the WORKING CLASS people of this state.
The license fees are just bad fiscal practice, the license for ILLEGALS is actually sinister and throws away our sovereignty, and the Mega's law thing is just a glaring example of how little these slimy bureaucrats care about doing a job for the very people that pay them.
The way Davis and Bustemonte (Spanish for big boobs by the way) are going at things, the country would be further ahead by giving California back to the Mexicans. We are going to be in worse shape than Mexico soon enough as it is.
Yes Arnold has a funny accent, and may have done a few women as a youth, but hey, how can the democrats say anything about that when you look at their cult hero and his womanizing while in office. Clinton has a funny accent also doesn't he? j/k. Arnold is an actor, our best governor ever was also. Davis/Bustemonte are actors as well, only thing is, they are playing with our money and lives for real.

^5's. It's time for some new minute men it seems. We are told that the recall is unconstitutional, that he was just elected, and this is a coup by the right wing. Well, the recall is provided for in the constitution of this state, we made it that way and the forefathers provided for it in the Nations constitution also in the Bill of Rights. It says so right in the second amendment, why we are guaranteed the right to bare arms. You can tell he has never had a real job. If you don't perform your duties there, even with a work contract, you can be fired. Second, he was just elected, but under erroneous circumstances (he lied about the budget and promised no new taxes). You get any job or placed in a school with a false resume and see how long they keep you if you aren't doing the job. And last, they are right. This is a coup, but it is more vast than just the conservatives, over half the Demo's want him out also. The working middle class is tired of paying for this socialist agenda these idiots have laid out in the state. This time it's the goobenor, next the legislature, and then we can have some more progressive thinking officials appoint a court that will uphold the laws of this state, rather than trying to pander to the Democrats.
I have to laugh at how much these fools screw and lie to us only to get away with it, and a man that opened up the East to us was run out of office because his flunkies were caught breaking into the election office of a loser like George McGovern.

P.s. hey blackheat, if the liberals are so into racial equality, why are they always so interested in segregating people into racial catagories? I have always wondered if race doesn't matter, why do they always want to know? Not one of you tunnel visioned snobs has ever been able to give a rational explaination for that fact. Liberal; conservative;leftwing;right wing. What you will be surprised to find is that the current president fits the image of a liberal.

First off, I see no way you could determine our forefathers as being liberals. I would tend to think they were very conservative people that wanted to leave an oppressive system in England and Europe. There is a major difference between being a risk taker and being a liberal. Just as I see no way you can assume that the old countries were conservative. If anything, I see the founders of this nation as being libertarians. Being liberal or conservative in your thinking is not associated correctly with political parties at all.
Your political leanings are those of a political left winger if you stand by what you wrote. Maybe you should better address your beliefs if you wish not to have people misunderstand you. Regardless of what you consider yourself, how you live your personal life may be conservative or moderate, or whatever, but that is a different aspect all together.
As far as Bush being a liberal, I would tend to think, he may be more moderate on issues than what I would like, but being that the opposition was so left wing it stunk, I made the choice to opt for the lesser offensive candidate.
No one has suggested Bush was perfect in any way, but I don't see where you can say he has made some major mistakes either. If you could elaborate on those items, I would be glad to listen.
I would tend to rely less on your dictionary for definitions and more on what the people in office do as to how you define their actions and classifications.

I really hope that you didn't get overly PISSED as you so stated, but I did make some remarks (political) that I knew would get some of our dandruff shook up.

Hey, Europeans are OK, especially the PM of England. He was one of the few who stood with us just recently, to the point that he almost got his butt fired for his standing along side of the good ole USA. My origin is also European, and I don't dislike them, well there are a few that pissed me off, such as the French Prez, but hey, my ggg grandma is part French. Hells bells, we are all so mixed, politically, bloodline, genetically and all that and this is what the US is all about.

Whats more, I wasn't even born with a spoon, no money in the house to own one. The school of hard knocks is where I started and I will never forget where I live and came from, and all that I have received from it. I'm very grateful.

Ugh, there is no way that I poked fun at anyone about their intelligence.

I'll probably get banned for saying this since I'm white.

This whole giving drivers' licenses to illegals just blows my mind. Let's not sugar coat this. It's because the Mexicans wanted it and like always they got it. California is not being taken over by Mexico, it already has been and everyone is too afraid to say it. I can't order food at McDonalds because the speaker person barely speaks a word of English. Our local fair just had Mexico day with Mexican flags flying high everywhere with Mexican music blasting. More and more of them are getting into power positions (Bustamonte), they are the majority in this state. We celebrate Cinco De Mayo. Do they celebrate the 4th in Mexico?? I have to choose between English or Spanish everytime I go to an ATM. English education is free to them BTW. They have their own clubs and organizations but when some locals at a highschool tried a group that focused on white history they were told it was discriminatory. A local guy got arrested for having a ton of coke on him but got let go because the cop had already arrested 3 people of the same race that day. I see the quality of life going down all around me and no one will take a stand and do or even say anything about it. Anytime there's a big group I get stared down for being white (judging by the racist comments I get) and with my temper there's usually problems for them. California has gone to hell. Let them have it. Schwartzenegger is not exactly conservative either but may be the only choice. I can't wait to move back east.

Anyway, call me racist but until you've lived in this area on a daily basis you will never know what I'm talking about.
