All Data is a nice software. It gives you instuction, time estiamte, Part numbers, and part costs. One of my friends uses it for his shop. There are different levels of the software too. I am not sure what level my friend has. definitely a good tool though.

Yes it was useful. It gave me an idea of how long valve springs, and some of the rear end work should take.
