also slighted and not happy

i bought a compressor and i'm very upset about it. when i asked for a compressor i got a response from 3 guys and went with one since all were in the same price range. well after unloading 100 through my paypal account i got it in a flat rate small box and it took a hell of a beating getting here. i immediately sent him an email stating i didn't want it because i would think the abuse it took from the good old USPS took it's toll. well long story short he said no so i tried it anyway when i had to pull the engine out and replace a cracked piston. now my car has this nice bearing spin sound coming from the compressor and it makes the car sound like it's got some bad gas in it or something. didn't want to waste freon and service to find out it's screwed. went to paypal and of course it's beyond the 30 days so i'm stuck with it. i sent him another email and just told him i hope that he really enjoys the 100 and needed it worse then i did. i only wanted the 6 month warranty he stated it would have and just replace it with a working unit with good bearings. still waiting for a response, considering posting his name as i cut the name and address off the box and not really the type to slam someone but hell he slammed me 1st. i should have sent it back when he wouldn't accept it in the 1st place and filed a dispute with paypal. in my opinion if you advertise it's a working part that's what you should get. not some bend me over the fence and party. i swear i want to drive up to his house and burn it to the ground but the mature part of me knows it's not worth a criminal record, maybe i'll just wait till i see his GN in the driveway and torch it. JK but i swear some people really should stand behind their product if they state it's good. just my opinion but what would you do? list his name so no one else get's screwed but then again i'm sure he'll figure out a way to get around any damage i may do to his shady rep anyway. screw it this is to you Jim hooper, email Igettthemall@hotmail.com, and stage274@yahoo.com. beware of this seller unless you want the same crap he gave me. just one more thing as i stated in the last email i sent Karma is a bitch and i hope she visits real soon.
