What's the best upgrade off of another gm vehicle. That's at least a 140 amp

The only one i'm aware of is the 1996 Chevy Impala SS it is 140 amp. Maybe someone knows of other cars that will work and will chime in to let us know.

Just have your stock one upgraded. Local shop rebuilt mine and boosted it to 140 amps for $70
