aluminum drive shaft

i just picked up an aluminum drive shaft fro a 84-96 vette off ebay... it has the slip yoke with it will this work in the 2004r?

Yes, as far as I know it should if it came off of an 700R4 car. I gave my Dad my old yoke for the 700 in his '57 chevy when I switched to a TH 400 and he said it fit perfectly.
