This is the piece that goes inside the bumper that your shocks would bolt on to.

Pic isn't good, but you get the idea. If it's painted, it's probably steel, otherwise it'll look almost like galvo if you've already got one. Supposedly they're about 20#s lighter then the steel one that's stock on many G-bodies. If you havn't changed em already the RPOs will be VD6 and VD7 if youve got em stock.
