Thinking of going mafless but it gets cold where I live. What happens to the tuning when there are big swings in air temp (and charge density/temp)?
 
You will probably have to make some adjustments when the temperature changes substantially. Much like a carburetor. Magnitude of your changes will depend upon how good your boost control is too. Stock boost control setup tends to pick up pressure with cold weather, which magnifies the need to change fueling.

Running closed loop on a widebad will help you to keep it in check, but even then you should adjust WOT fueling to keep the correction small. With really big temperature changes you might even have to adjust idle fueling and cruise fueling. These types of tweaks only take a few minutes, super easy to do with a powerlogger.
