And the build is underway

So a few months back I was in the process of looking for a GN to build. I figured 40K and 2-3 years of time on this project. In October I found what I was looking for in TN. T-top car with a digital dash. It ran good (oil leaks the main issue) and everything was there. So I tore it down to the frame and so far so good. Frame is done, found some rust in the driver side pan which is now fixed. Body going back on this week. What is done so far:

1. New driver side pan
2. New UMI rear upper an lower control arms, springs, KYB shocks, and UMI rear shock brace.
3. New G-Body rear end girdle.
4. 2 coats epoxy primer with 3 coats epoxy chassis paint after a complete media blasting
5. New stainless brake and fuel lines
6. New proportioning valve
7. New fuel filter and stainless filter bracket
8. Blasted and powder coated OEM rear sway bar.

Next:

New front suspension (control arms, springs, shocks)
Wilwood brake kit

The Captain.

Very nice. I enjoy looking at what other people are doing except sometimes it ends up costing me more money cause i see things i have to do. Lol

I'm jealous. Mine's sitting while I search for a drivetrain. Digging that rear end girdle.

Wheels and tires came in. Went old school, but wider 15x8 wheels. 255/60/15 Tires
