Bwallace - trying that free download from zonelabs now. I had heard mixed results on their stuff but heck, it's free so...

hmm...so far so goon on the zonelabs stuff.

Very easy to configure. Much easier than Norton, but then again, I guess a more basic program. But at least it didn't crash my system and sap 30% of it's resources......

I know you said you have been running a router for about 2 yrs and never been infected with a virus, I would recommend getting virus protection for your email at least. Dont go out and buy Mcafee antivirus that software really sucks. Stick with Norton Antivirus. The latest version. 2004 version should be coming out real soon. I have been in the computer biz for 5 yrs now and I have seen people get infected by email viruses even though they are behind a router. So take it from someone who is Microsoft certified and is also dealing with this type of stuff on a daily basis get Norton Antivirus.
