Another shifter cable question..

I did "The Search"..trust me..but I'm still confused about something.

My car will not go into park..unless I FORCE it to..which I will admit..I've done.

I've been under the car while someone was shifting it..to see if I could figure it out. Still a little perplexed.

Can someone please give me some instructions on EXACTLY what to adjust..my search results didn't exactly help.
