Another wheel fitment question

A friend of mine has a nice set of wheels 17 x 9 with 5" backspacing. Tires are 265-40-17 for rears and 245-45-17 for fronts. My car is all stock. Will these fit correctly without looking funny, or without spacers?

You would need 3/8" spacers front and rear for a 9" wide wheel.
Gbodyparts 18x9 wheels are 4 5/8" backspacing.

My rear 17x9's have 4 1/2" backspacing and with a 285/40 tire kiss the upper rear frame sections on hard corners. (stock suspension at stock height, no rolled fenders)
