Anti-Lock Brake System Scanner

I know it's not a Buick but my every day vehicle is a 99 Ford Explorer. My ABS light just recently went on and I haven't yet figured out why. Checked all wire connections and such but no luck thus far. Does any one know of a relatively cheap OBD-II scanner that would have ABS code reading capabilities? Actron, Auto-Xray???
Any and all feedback would be appreciated.
