any demand for NICE mufflers?? - update
one of our shops suppliers entered the aftermarket automotive exhaust business about 2 years ago and i've finally found a reason to pick up a pair of new mufflers from them. they have always offered exhaust systems and components for big trucks so the car pieces are really nothing new for them, they wont be going anywhere soon. anyway, they offer some VERY NICE stainless pieces for a good price (in my eyes). i've got some pictures of the 2.5" mufflers i ordered, they're oval style, straight thru, polished stainless. they are hand fabricated and polished, even the weld seams are sanded smooth and polished. these would be an awesome addition to a detailed undercarriage. the only catch to these pieces is that we need to buy them 24 at a time, guess that means its an opportunity for a group buy if the demand is there. the only pricing i have on hand is for the parts i bought (2.5" polished) and they will run in the neighborhood of $125 - $135 each. i know its a little more than some of the others out there but believe me, these are made to last and look great. just let me know if you'd like some pics, i've got about 10 to share.
ok, ok, i take it that they may be a little pricey?? i did get my hands on a couple of unpolished stainless pieces yesterday and got some pics of them as well. the good news is they will run in the $95 price range. suprisingly they are still a very nice looking part, they just dont have the mirror finish the polished parts have.
