I was just wondering if my problems were like any one else. Last week out of the four cars i own only one of them ran. That was my daily driver chev. truck. My problem is that nothing is ever fast enough or nice enough for me. I have a 68 charger in the body shop and while it was in their i decided to have my 72 dart drag car painted under the hood while i was building another motor for my dart. So while i was having the dart painted under the hood i fugured might as well paint the whole car and a three week projcet turned into a sixth month project. Then the trans came out of my grand national so i figured while it was in the shop to put in a cam and other things. I do not ever think i will have all of my cars running at the somw time.
Any one else have the same illness?

Yep!!! What started as a clutch change in my blown '95 TA resulted in the car being totally gutted in preparation for it becoming a racecar. I just got it running this summer, but it is totally stock. I bought this car in 1998 and only put 1000 miles on it since then. Since I've owned it, it's been apart more than together. It just turned 17,000 miles last night on the way to the inspection station.
I want to replace the timing chain on the GN. My biggest dilemma is talking myself out of wanting to put a cam in "while I'm at it".

Been there done that 
Yup, I pulled my my manifold off to change a leakey gasket. That turned into Hmmmm, I'm in this far, I'll pull the heads and have them ported, tanked, guides checked, new springs ect. While the heads were out, I was poking around and decided to do the timing chain, which then led to throwing in a 206 Comp Cam. Finally bolt the whole thing back together keep it running for 5 months and have to tear it all back down to replace the flat 206 with my current Comp 212 roller. I swear I'm not opening this thing up again till I blow it up. And I'm never fixing another oil leak!

My other delima is that the 68 charger is being painted and i have not decided what motor to put in it. I have a stroked 451 bottom end but i would like to build another turbo car or put fuel injection on it and a superchager. Or i should just put good heads on the motor and a carb and drive the thing.
