Tom, I'm in love with your car.

I'll bet that you're only going to find black on top and silver in the middle. It's called a WH1 around here, but Buick's lingo for it was the "Designer's Series".

If my eyes don't deceive me, Tom's is a repaint, the silver looks a bit more vibrant and the stripe a bit thicker.

I'm not sure, but I think they also made a dark blue / light blue two tone.

I hope member krom pops in here with his Dark Blue / Light Blue. That's a unique car for sure.

Other factory "1987 Designers' Series" two tone combos:

-- Dark Red / Rosewood (I've seen that combo on a non-turbo Regal)

-- Grey / Silver (I've seen a couple of those)

-- Brown / Light Brown (I've NEVER seen one)

Wow, the dark red / rosewood would look awesome.

I assume the Rosewood's in the center?

The only non GN TB that I would buy would be a WH1.

That is AWESOME! i was thinkin about the same silver but reverse the colors around. I was going to split the colors at the same body line. Can anybody photo shop it for me on that same car so i can what it would look like. THanks

I thought I would refresh and see if anyone had come across a pic of one of the dark red/rosewood two tone cars.

Vic will have his Dark Blue/Light Blue one at the Nats for the car show. A very nice car indeed.

The designer series is a beautiful car. Was the interior all gray? It would look real nice with GNX wheels and GN interior. Just my .02
