Any places that have a confirmed "same" E85 mixture all the time?

I'd like to run my car on E85 but I would like to know if there are any places that you can purchase gas from that can guarantee the mixture to always be the same so that one tune is fine. Has this happened yet???

I guess, I could try to find the worst possible mixture and tune with that, then the tune would be safe.
