Any problems with Precision Turbo?

OK, before going off on a rant, I just want to know if anybody else here has had problems with getting their turbos rebuilt by Precision.

They have rebuilt mine twice, and even talked me into purchasing and installing their Turbo Saver, and still my darned turbo is blowing oil out the exhaust side.

I'm getting hot.

On;y if they give me my GD money back. I've got $700 invested in this rebuild by this point. And I'm ready to take someone's head off.

There is another member on this board wh last week told me that his turbo that he just got back from them started blowing smoke after 2 weeks. (You know who you are). WTF!

I WANT TO DRIVE MY CAR, DAMMIT!!!!!!

the good thing about pte turbo's is you dont need stainless exhaust ...with all the oil going out the exhaust it can never rust

for less than you have in that one you can get a brand new 61 from John Craig ...I Know cause I've got a new one of his I just got for my elcamino

good luck with pte ...they never did take care of my problem

warning tho since you posted it on the net you may get a email or phone call with threats of a lawsuit thats how they keep the customers quiet that have problems
