Was wondering if anyone figured out the magic formula on injecting one of these engines. Perfect placement of the nozzle, proper amount, and tuning the pcm...
Was it ever determined that spraying before the SC is ok?

I used a kit from Razor on my car for about 3 years. I have a 2003, and they are kind of a b*stard set up from what I have been told.
The tune was way off (still is)and it worked well for the most part. It was spraying pre supercharger.
Overall I was happy with what the kit did for me. Just not the cars tune.:rolleyes:
 
Is it really hard to tune though? Does julio have it down yet?

It is not on Julio`s end. The kit worked well as delivered and solved many of the issues I had. The problem is who I had the PCM done through. The car runs good, and drives awesome. It is just the WOT and the amount of timing they programed, as well as the SUPER high shift points.
 
Who did your ecu? zzp? Did you ever get your own tuning software? Do you think Bob would know what to do? (I'm sure he would)

I have an Intense PCM. They are/were the only company that does one for an `03. At least they were.:smile::rolleyes:
I bought the car new, and have done a PCM, 3.4 pulley, 180 t-stat, plugs, 1.9 rockers, off road pipe, a modded GMPP parts exhaust for a GP, a custom TinMan CAI, and of course the Alky Control kit. I used to run a Translator plus to reduce timing before the alky was installed. It ran a 14.1 with a 2.3 60ft.:rolleyes:
