anybody ever ship a gbody door?

if so, is ups or dhl a better company to go with? how much does the shell weigh approx without glass?

will probably be freight. strap it to a pallet. The door weighs a ton-even without the glass and internals (between 60-80 lbs I would guess). The cost of shipping isnt the worst of it, most shippers aren't too careful with them and will stack things on top of them. I had a quarter panel shipped from California to Houston, Texas via FedEx Ground. PSIEDV6 did an awesome job packing it. (he basically built a wooden crate for it and cushioned it with bags of spray foam). Good luck.
