Anybody have new emblems on their GN? Notice a difference? (Pics inside)

I am just wondering why they changed the colors in the six. I am not up on emblems as this is the first set I have bought for a TR in nearly fourteen years. Was there something wrong with the original?

Did they change the color or are the colors on the original faded after 19 years of exposure to the sun.
