Anybody here work for Citi Mortgage?

I am getting dicked around on an insurance check I sent them to endorse and return to me...........

It is an honest and upfront deal and I have nothing to hide at all, and have all 100% documentation I sent them (I kept copies) but they will not return my check?

Just might need a little help on who to get ahold of "up the ladder" to get this resolved.

Citigroup is a bunch of crooks who can't run a business. Sorry I can't be any help, but if I worked for them, I would have quit out of disgust years ago.
