anybody know of a tech school for high performance work?

I am tossing around a possible career change. I LOVE high performance cars. I never went to school for mechanics, but I do alot of work on cars and have a pretty good general knowledge of high performance vehicles. Does anybody know of a school that specializes in high performance auto tech? It has always been a dream of mine to have my own high perf. shop, and I am just kind of looking into it.

University of Northwestern Ohio located in Lima has a high performance program. I graduated from it 5 years ago and the program seemed to be pretty solid and gaining momentum.

UTI offers a program called Hot Rod "U" supposed to be all about building hot rods its usuially advertised in hotrod mag

There is a school down here in Houston called the School of automotive Machinists. #713 683 3817 ask for Judson he is the owner. They built the motor in my car. They have alot of race cars. This is a very good program.
