Apparently a lot of dems think that someone else should pay for all these failing mortgages. They are the ones who wanted everyone to have a chance to get approved. Now look what happened. LOL! What happened to hard working people who put down at least 20% and had high credit scores to be approved? They didnt like that because they felt not enough mortgages were getting approved. I suggest she stops paying her mortgage so i can buy her house from the bank for half of its value. Thats the only way i can get back at these dumb asses. Buy up all their houses and re-sell them for a profit. Oh but i have to pay a s hitload of capital gains because i was a smart investor while they still want to help all these a$$holes who couldnt pay their mortgage. Ive got 2 words for all this BULL CHIT! they continually want to screw the hard working man who earned everything he has.
