damn...thats alot... i have 1 or 2 extra GN Grey steering wheels in decent shape if you're interested. make me an offer.

I think in time, all of the NOS stuff for TBs will keep going up in price as it becomes tougher and tougher to find.

i have to look when i get home, im pretty sure its just the wheel and horn/cap. PM me your email and ill send pics of them tonight.

I have a brand new NOS steering wheel that was burgundy that I had stripped and redied gray with the same (correct) dye that GM used. I'm asking $550 for it. I sold a NOS gray one on ebay a couple of years ago for $805.

That guys prices are insane!!!!! Click on his auctions (see other items), He is selling some stuff that is still available for more than GM list!!!!!

That is the way it is on ebay, I know a guy and the way he prices a lot of his parts, If he has $25.00 in it he sets the shipping at $25.00, $500 ;( for a steering wheel, I think if I ever wanted to sell my 87 GN I would part it out, No not a 8,000 mile car

too bad, I need that wheel too, but I would'nt pay that much:eek: a few thousand more I'll get a whole car:D

He would probably get it if it was gray since there are waaaaay more cars with gray than with the Burgundy.
Its funny, but I have stock piled a lot of NOS parts just to have on hand for my own cars. 2 years ago I bought a brand new grille from the dealer for $175. Now guys are getting $300+ for them. Same thing with the left side corner light. I bought mine about 5 years ago for $25 from the dealer. Head light bezels were $90 for a pair for the longest time. I predict the prices will stay high until people start reproducing them. The cars are now 20+ years old so its only a matter of time especially since their popularity is is still sky rocketing.

Purchasing NOS parts and holding on to them for a few years is a better return on investment than investing in stocks. The average return on stocks are around 7-10%, while NOS parts have been averaging around 25%+. Just my observation.
