I've got to drive from here in Greenville to Valdosta, GA next month for the ADRL Dragapalooza Pro Mod race. The route takes me near Atlanta: Come in on I-85, to 285, to 675, to I-75 South.

I keep hearing about the hellacious traffic around the city. How bad is the romp on this route going to be? Would it be best to find another route?

Thanks,

Really depends on the time you'll come through Atlanta. If you time it, try and avoid those peak drive times where the traffic and congestion are really heavy such as 7-9 a.m. and 4-7 p.m. Your route shouldn't be too bad through the city.

I'm on my way this afternoon and will encounter much traffic since I'll be going straight through I-75 6-7:30 p.m. It sure can be stressful!!
