Anyone have any info on the 1983 Riviera pace car?

I was curious if anyone at all had any info on the 83 Riv pace car. I would specifically like to know about its twin-turbo motor and powertrain. I thought if anyone could provide me with info, you guys could.

4.1 liter, twin-turbocharged, 450 HP V6. From the book 'Buick Muscle Cars':
Lloyd Ruess, then Buick's general manager, said that the engine, that reportedly developed 450hp, "May well be the most technically sophisticated powerplant ever to appear at the Speedway in a pace car or the race!"
