Anyone know Darrin Mathews?

I bought a GN header panel from Darrin Mathews in Memphis TN and UPS broke it. I sent it back how your supposed to and i'm not getting any response from Darrin's email to find out where my money is.

I originally purchased at the end of january, UPS finally picked up end of march.

I have not heard one word or seen my money back?
