He bought a turbo (TE52) from me at the Nats.

Well, replacing the turbo did not solve my smoke-out-the-tailpipe issue.

It is the opinion of all the guru's that assisted in the 'surgery' that the turbo he bought is **fine**.

To clarify, I sold him a turbo that we thought needed seals for an "excellent" price. He new the suspected condition since he was part of the discussion.

Upon removing the TE52 and installing a PT61, the car still smokes. So the TE52 he bought (for a bargain price) is fine.
(and made excellent HP too)

I wish I could be on the receiving end of deals like that.

If anyone knows Ron, let him know.
