These came to me with some Buick V6 parts. Anyone know what they are?

Those boxes control spark retard during detonation on the early carbed turbo cars. Those are probably from a '78 or '79. Someone in the Before Black section may be looking for one because they're known to melt internally.

I have a few random parts like a 3-bolt iron intake & a pair of exhaust manifolds.

The Before Black website has a list of casting numbers that may help identify what year those parts are.

the cross over pipe and exhaust manifolds might fit. not familiar with the other parts. Are you interested in selling the spark/timing controllers?
