That's like a mid to late 70s Malibu I think. It was the same body style as the LeMans from that same time.
I had a friend in high school that had one. It was the same body style as my LeMans. His seats swivelled out as well.
If you could find one in a boneyard and see if it'll bolt up to the tracks like so many GM seats do. Or maybe do some searching for a forum.
