Anyone put a taller tire on a spare donut 16in rim??

My donut's tire is shot and was thinking about putting a taller tire on it if possible??
What do you think?

Good luck with that David. Those donuts are hard to find and when you do they're expensive since it's not a normal tire.

Thinking more of using a regular skinny tire on that spare tire rim??? And while i a was at it getting a taller tire.
the rim looks to be 4-5 inches wide and the tire mounting size is 16".

im in the same boat... this can be a challange.
