Anyone running a single disk percision??

Im sending my tranny off to Janis transmission in the morning, I want to go with a percsion converter just dont know If I wana spend 900 on the 5 disk lock up!Anyone have andy luck with the single disc? My goal is to run mid to low 11s, I already have some 009s and about to order a Reds xp 150 pump and chips . Prolly bout to buy a pt61 and downpipe real soon.

I'll be putting in a PT 32/3400 single disk on Friday. From what I've heard and found out from the search feature on this site, they are excellent converters.

Jimmy put in a single disc Precision converter about 5 years ago and I've been a happy camper ever since. Jimmy does a great job on trannies for our cars and totally backs up his work!!! paul

I have a single disc in one car and a 5 disc in another. I locked the 5 disc in 3rd gear and the car picked up 1.5 tenths and 4MPH. I think the 5 disc is worth the extra $$$ if you can swing it. Both converters work great.

both converters are good. the single disk will get the job done if you dont want to spend the extra cash.
