So how does one guy net a 120 with 18psi, and 86 TR has to hit 24 to get a 118. Who did what wrong/right.

With a built motor.

The motor would run 115 at 18# all day then I noticed the plugs were not hot enough. Switched to a hotter plug and leaned it out a bit...car started running 119.00-119.96! The car makes good HP in the big end.
 
109 with 212/212 roller, diamond, GN1s, Champion stock intake, 60s...typical stuff.
